In order to schedule your CUSTOM order for an event date, a 35% non-refundable deposit is required. Without deposit, your event date will not be held. Priority will be given to the paying guest(s).

In order to schedule your custom order for an event date, a 35% non-refundable deposit is required. Without deposit, your event date will not be held. Priority will be given to the paying guest(s).

The final payment for all custom orders is required 7 days prior to the event date. If payments are not made, the due date of the custom order may be cancelled. Payment can be made via invoice sent or in person, via cash or credit card. No personal checks accepted.

Refunds are not provided for any reason. This includes but it is not limited to refunds requested for illness, injury on guest(s) part. Due to revolving full schedule(s) and attention to detail, many hours are spent planning, preparing before even beginning on the producing of your custom order.

Sweet ThingZ Cupcakery Boutique do our best to match all desired design elements requested from guest(s) photos but can not guarantee that the finished product will be identical based on the unique interpretation of cake designer & Sweet ThingZ authenticity.

Any changes to an order (size, style, theme, flavor(s), etc.) must be made 1 week or more before the event date. Any changes requested less than 1 week before the event cannot be guaranteed and is subject to an additional charge of 10.

If you or a representative of you elects to pick up the order, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the product once it leaves the possession of Sweet ThingZ Cupcakery Boutique. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of any items that could roll or slide into the cupcakes/cakes, etc. Everything is done in our power to provide a well-constructed cupcakes/cake, etc. and is packaged securely. Please note that cupcakes/cakes are fragile, so drive carefully and slowly while product is in transit.

Sweet ThingZ Cupcakery Boutique is a facility that uses nuts and gluten. All products are made in a kitchen that produces nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, and other potential food allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions that may occur. All products are made according to food handling safety standards in Mercer County, WV.

Sweet ThingZ Cupcakery Boutique photograph/video all products and is watermarked with our signature logo. We reserve the right to use any photographs/video for display and/or promotion without compensation to the guest(s).

Performance of these policies are contingent upon the ability of Sweet ThingZ Cupcakery Boutique to complete agreement of policies and is subject to accidents, acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
